In this exhibition/demonstration, five subsidiaries of Kosai Group and more than 30 products participated in the exhibition and demonstration. Several sets of online printing quality inspection systems and UV two-dimensional code inkjet systems were successfully signed and sold on site. In this exhibition, the focus was on displaying/demonstratingKosai drive-control integrated (servo) intelligent control system。The skilled demonstration process highlights the incomparable advantages of Kosai's integrated color registration electronic axis intelligent control system. The system is based on Gigabit Industrial Ethernet, and the color registration system is fully embedded. It integrates tension control, transmission control, and color registration control. The distributed IO and distributed control of the fully interconnected gravure printing machine intelligent control system are independently developed by Weinan Kosai based on the industry needs of gravure printing machinery. Visitors to the exhibition and many printing machinery manufacturers showed great interest in this. The successful application of Kosai's integrated drive and control (servo) intelligent control system will greatly enhance the superiority and competitiveness of the quality of domestic printing and packaging equipment.

? ? ?? ?Kosai inkjet printing fixed-point whitening machine、Kosai's high-speed UV inkjet printer and QR code management and traceability system respectively use the company's independently developed integrated intelligent control system and inkjet technology, which are perfectly combined to achieve the technical requirements of secondary fixed-point overprinting. The core part of the inkjet technology adopts industrial piezoelectric inkjet technology, which is instantly cured by LED-UV lamp. The high-speed printed QR code has the characteristics of high precision, no ink removal, no stains, and continuous lines, which can well meet the high requirements of the electronic supervision code level, high recognition rate, and beautiful appearance.
